SHIPPING COSTS:

Whenever possible our items that are unable to fit satchels are also packed with eco friendly HERO packaging which is both reusable and bio-degradeable. Boxes and packing materials are also recycled.

Our preferred shipper is Australia Post.

  • All items are shipped with tracking so customers can know when their item is arriving.

  • All orders incur a Flat Rate Shipping cost per domestic order of $12.50 (Except those that qualify for Free Shipping).

  • Spend over $80 and get FREE SHIPPING on Australian Orders.

  • (*International Shipping Rates will apply to Overseas deliveries and will be available in 2024).

All items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days from our Queensland site.

We will ship your items within the required timeframe, any delays, missing or lost items and/or damages caused by our preferred shipper once the item is shipped will be the sole responsibility of the Shipping Company

REFUNDS & RETURNS:

We are always ready and happy to work with our customers to ensure a positive outcome. When requesting a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and / or packaging, as it was when shipped.

Refunding of any item must occur within 14 days from date of purchase with a valid reason why.

  • (CE) Customer Error - Wrong Size and or Colour

  • (PF) Product Fault - Item received has a Fault (not standard wear and tear)

  • (NLR) No Longer Required - Changed Mind / Surplus to requirements.

    Products must not be used or damaged. All Items being returned will be done so at the buyers cost.

  • Some situations may be buyers cost exempt and will be dependent on certain criteria being met and seller discretion.

    **Please Note:

Any item that has been worn will be deemed as “Used “ and Unable to be re-sold. Therefore these items will Not be refunded.

Examples of some items not refundable are: muzzles, pet nappies, coats, jumpers etc..
